Hello, my name is Sheyrin.

I was born and raised in the South Pacific of Costa Rica.

After finishing college, I continued my education pursuing various studies in customer service with a focus on ecotourism, conversational English tailored for commercial services and tourism, entrepreneurship, accounting, human resources, and e-commerce.

In 2010, I moved to Uvita de Osa to work in tourism, a field that captivated my attention and ignited my passion.

I worked for three years at Uvita Information Center as a receptionist and customer service representative, where I provided information about the area and sold activities throughout the South Pacific region.

From 2016 to 2021, I worked as a concierge and front desk assistant at Kurà, an exclusive couples' romantic luxury resort. During my time there, I rose through the ranks, leading teams of maids, gardeners, and the sustainability department.

However, the role I enjoyed the most was guest experience, where I coordinated various tailored celebrations and activities for our guests.

At Villa Sueño I am responsible for the management of the property and all service providers (housekeeping, gardening, supplies, repairs etc.).

I am passionate about customer service and always strive to find solutions and make improvements. My goal is to exceed the expectations of myself, my work team, and, most importantly, my guests.

Hello, I am Ismael, a native of Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica.

I moved to Uvita about 10 years ago, attracted by this coastal community renowned for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere.

In 2014, I began my career as a receptionist at Rancho la Merced, where I worked with clients from all over the world. During this time, I gained valuable experience in customer service, concierge duties, accounting, and even working with horses.

In 2019, I transitioned to Hotel Kurà, a romantic and exclusive resort in Uvita de Osa, where I met Sheyrin.

At Kurà, I honed my skills as a concierge and receptionist, catering to high-end customers and enhancing my ability to provide exceptional and bespoke service.

In 2021, I embarked on a new journey with a property management company called YGH. Here, I have been able to improve and polish my skills and knowledge in vacation rentals, high-end properties, and luxury concierge services.

I joined Villa Sueño collaborating with Sheyrin 2 years later.
